All the power coming from the engine, controlled by a six speed transmission that helps the M2 to get 62 miles per hour sprint just 4.5 seconds which is just a fraction of second down from the M4 which produces 423bhp. The M2 is also \u00a313,000 less than its larger sibling M4.<\/p>\n<h3>The 3.0-litre Engine<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmengineworks.co.uk\/part\/engines\"><strong>BMW engine<\/strong><\/a> used at the M2 is the same one used in the M235i with single turbocharger rather than the twin turbocharger in the M4.<\/p>\n<p>The M2 do not have any adaptive dampers but the springs have been further stiffened to better handle the extra power coming from the engine.
